Szűcs Gábor (Somorja) Pozsony legkisebb galériájában, a Gorkij utca 11-ben mutatkozik be a nagyközönségnek 2014. január 15-től február 15-ig. A pozsonyi Képzőművészeti Egyetem hallgatója kisméretű, vászonra és papírra álmodott képeket állít ki. A Beat’em Up cím gyerekkori emlékekre utal – az egykor volt 8-bites játékokra vagy a Commodore számítógépre 🙂 –, ezek a motívumok némely alkotásán is megtalálhatók. The first exhibition at the smallest gallery of Bratislava will consist of the artwork of the young artist and student of the Academy of Fine Arts (VŠVU), Gábor Szűcs. The exhibited works will be of smaller size, painted on canvas and paper. The title Beat’em up refers to childhood memories, such as 8-bit games and the Commodore computer – these motifs appear also in some exposed parts.
Gábor Szűcs (1990 Šamorín) is studying on VŠVU since 2012 IV. Studio painting under the guidance of prof. Ivan Csudai at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava.
